It is no secret that the US has a lopsided amount of influence on the United Nations. Edward Snowden revealed that the NSA has been spying on the United Nations and even did things like hack the UN’s video conferencing system in summer 2012, in violation of a UN agreement. The US considers the UN a tool for implementing US foreign policy and dominating the planet.
